1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing Time : Up to 7 business days depending on the hair specifications.

Shipping Time : 2-3 business days

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

3. Will you provide a tracking number after shipping?

Yes, once your order is ready you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number. You can track the shipping status with the tracking number on Fedex’s website.

4. Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately we CANNOT deliver orders to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

 

TRACKING

a. Once your order goes through, you will receive an email with your order confirmation within 24 hours

b. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a second email offering you the tracking number.

c. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show

1.Please make sure the WIG is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut or altered in any way. No exchange for wig or lace cut units! Picture of the intact products needs to be emailed to our customer service while you are making a return or exchange request.

2.A return or exchange request should be made within 48 hours after you sign for your goods. No exchange for applications after 48 hours.

3.After the return request has been authorized , ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we emailed you .  The tracking # of the return package is needed for further process of the return for retund.
